It had to be demolished without damaging the home on jacks in the air that couldn't be moved, several bidders wouldn't do the job, one offered if they moved the house first. It was a nightmare, but Alex came in, gave a fair price compared with others, took extreme care around the house and even squeezed my job in sooner knowing I'm in a time crunch as well as helped me save money. Their team are rock stars!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have never ordered a dumpster before, but I have enjoyed working with Villa from start to finish. I needed to remove a lot of mixed dirt from my residential property. I started looking for a company with a simple search. Villa clearly listed their pricing and policies on their site. It's been over a week, and I still haven't received an acknowledgement, let alone a quote, from two other companies I requested a quote from since their sites were not as transparent. I ordered the dumpster online, and within 15 minutes I received a call from Alex. He reviewed my order and offered suggestions on the timing of delivery and pick up. He was very friendly and professional. A great first impression from the company. The dumpster arrived on time. Luis was the driver. He was polite and professional. He also was able to put the dumpster exactly where I requested on my driveway. Due to the shape of my driveway, it definitely took some skill to maneuver the dumpster and not hit my retaining wall. At my request, Luis also reviewed with me how the latching system worked on the back of the dumpster. I then asked Alex this morning if I could get the dumpster taken away a day early. No problem! Alex worked it out with the schedule. I let Alex know how much we appreciate him and the company. He loved the feedback and was eager to give credit to Luis for his great job. Luis came back and picked up the dumpster with no issues this morning. I hope I never need to rent a dumpster again. I am very tired. But if I did, I would definitely use Villa again. And I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a company with no hassles. I wanted to include all these details and give proper acknowledgement because it's hard these days to figure out which company is actually going to do what they say in the sea of Google searches. And I am in no way affiliated with this company or its employees. Nor am I receiving anything in return for this review.

Verified Ordered a 20 yd dumpster to load up over the weekend in Escondido on a Friday morning. We had a dumpster delivered by midday and loaded up by Sunday. Sent a text for pickup, and they confirmed it for Sunday night, with a Monday morning delivery. We had great communication and fast service with this company.

Verified Villa Demolition has FAST service! I needed to remove some old flooring, carpet, and baseboards over the weekend and time was tight. I called on Friday for a 20 yard dumpster and they delivered it right at 7 AM on a Saturday. By noon, we had it fully loaded and the pick up was already scheduled for Monday. Sure enough they came back around 1 PM to haul it away. Outstanding service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them if you need a dumpster asap!
